Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

All art ships free in the Continental US.​

  • Shipping rates vary by other locations based on location and size of print. Please contact me and I will do my best to provide an estimate.

  • Because I live in two locations in two different states, shipping time will vary. Please contact me and I will give you an estimate. My art is stored at one location as transporting it isn't practical. If I am at my other home, I have family that help, so shipping time should not be more than 3 weeks.

  • Separate timelines exist for my giclée prints from my Etsy web site and varies between 10 days and three weeks

Return & Exchange Policy

Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:

Exchanges will be made if contact and request is made within 7 calendar days of customer receipt of art work. Customer is responsible for return shipment cost and work must be returned and received in original unaltered condition.  All returns must have approval before shipping.

 

  • Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted.

  • Return shipments must be approved before return.

    • Return cost is the responsibility of the buyer and all art must be adequately packaged and received in original condition.

    • Exception: If you receive art in unsatisfactory condition the return cost will then be covered by the artist.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the art is received.

  • All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD

  • Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been altered.
